Has anyone found an easy way of posting pictures on the forum?

if so what program/software did you use, I have try to follow so of the advice given to me but I can't download the software needed.

Aye stick 'em in here, then cut and paste the thing with at each end of it when you look at 'em in [I]'my images'.
