anyone know of anything??

I have had a few 2 stroke exhaust pipes in the last couple of years for the gopeds etc that have a clear laquer over them, the first 1 or 2" is painted black due to the manifold heat but the rest is a high gloss thick, hard laquer

got the new pipes for my latest bike and want to remove the current black coating, expose to all the welds and joins and then scotchbrite and laquer them so they dont rust
