quick question gsxr1100 l/m forks

are the 1100 l forks the same size as the 1100 m forks. in diameter. also can i bung any 750 forks on. :D

Check PPs pages on OSS. (clicky linky on left hand side of news / home page)There's a listing for top and bottom dia of all the GSXR range. I think you'll certainly find the 7s were different but not 100% sure on the L/M difference if any. The bikes themselves had notable differences but it would be unusual for Suzuki to change a major component year on year! If you get stuck and cant find the page, just give me a nudge :)

if you scroll down this page on my site you will see that the fork tubes are the same for the l,m,n models :)

sorry think i got meselfe mixed up. its not the tubes im after. its the complete fork. the shiny bit on the inside (tube) and the bit the yokes clamp round. (completely forgot what thats called). i just want to take mine off and chuck them far far away and replace with some others. overal lengh isnt a problem just a case of knowing can i bung any gixer upside downies on realy with out swapping yokes. :D

hi dracken. any chance of a price for new tubes. also do you speak germanish. i couldnt understand what it says under gsxr l,m,n forks.

this first price is for a pair of fork tubes only £150.00 plus nextday courier £9.00

this price however is for a pair of tubes with the ali ends pressed on. £255.00 plus courier as above.

i only order on a sunday night and the items arrive on wednesday-thursday.
i am ordering tonight if you want a pair, and you can pay by plastic. my just ring the evening number on my site.

oh dear not sure wich mine are. i think the ends screw onto mine. with a bit that sticks out. i was told i would have to drill lug out and then screw tube in. will find out and maybe order next week. cheers dracken1
