i've just bought my first trike.... im so excited i could burst.......grinning from ear to ear.....well maybe not quite that far as i'd look a bit strange!!!!!!

anyway looking round for some cheap insurance...can anyone point me in the right direction

and if anyone has any tips of do's and dont's for riding it ....gratefully recieved...as never ridden one before....car driver only!!!!

i'm with 'bikesure', £150, TPFT.

tips? be in control of it, don't let it control you.
don't put your feet down at junctions, you might run em over when you pull away!

i drew this for a mate when he first got a trike, i think it applies here also...

hi there anyone insured with anyone other than bike sure for trike....unfortunately bike sure are a tad expensive ...due to crashing my car and speeding points on licence and everywhere else ive rung dont insure trikes ....in fact some have even asked what one is!!!!! way bizarre!!!!

They were £ 173 cheaper than Carole Nash for one of our club members.

I fear CN insurance is going rapidly downhill - the price hikes over the last two years have been out of all proportion.
It looks like I'll be changing as soon as my current policy ends.

Maybe for some, but CN still undercutting Hastings and ebike for me by MILES!

thanks 4 the help we went with carole nash in the end £260 with free break down its only tpft but they was after over £600 fully comp.

they came out over £100 cheaper than bike sure
