Thing is ,lots of little bits need soldering. That means silver soldering or it just looks shyte.
Got the silver solder and the flux. And a little butane refillable iron.

I used to do quite a bit of silver soldering...You need the right tools..a weller temperature controlled soldering station (about £60 trade) multicore silver solder, sometimes called high temperature solder...The iron has to be good enough to heat the items to be soldered quickly, make up a jig using wooden clothes pegs or something similar to grip the two items to be joined so that they touch each other, when the iron is hot place it under the joint and feed the solder in from the top...using a gas gun will put a coating of grease on the heated part and the solder will just ball and fall away....the items to be joined will need to be slightly roughened with fine emery cloth before joining, this helps to key the solder to the two items..the reason for the wooden clips is to prevent the heat from being conducted away from the joint by metal clamps...John
