my FJs in dock today

had a whining sound on the way to work and a loss of power.....not fuckin goo being picked up by my mate this morning and taken to his shop for him to have a look at, pray for my chop as I have a bad feeling

Never heard of anyone having major engine hassles with an FJ so maybe nowt too much to worry about.

Saying that though, anything will wear out eventually, how many miles has the motor done?

aint got a clue about the milage, head gaskets gone pop as with the oil pump!, oil in pots 1 and 3,bikes in the garage at work, engines out and stripped and been checked for any other damage, engineers have checked the head ect for warpage,( the head spanner twirlers fuckin class), new bits are due in today and hopefully I might be up and running very very soon, pain in the arse, but I suppose these things happen, reckon another late one on the bike late....fuckin things, who would own em :D

hopefully back on the road withina week, bit of work to do, but we have the bits and the tools and now need to stick in the hours........not a problem.....before the end of next week

engines running and not over heating, fine tune up tomorrow and hopefully back on the road by saturday ( just to finish the other little jobs ect)

aint got a clue, they said thats what was wrong with it, so we replaced the bits and it works, no less to the top spanner twirlers at work and the use of their garage.....top blokes :D
