Honda XL250 s engine fit?

Hi
Does anybody know if the old single port Honda XL250s would fit into the newer twin port frame? Obviously the twin port engine is a slightly different shape but my guess would be to keep costs down theyd make the frames the same...

Anybody know?

it does fit you have to make adjustment to engine brackets i have done it before a lot of work :D
