fabbo issue of trike.
Couldn't find it 'tll last issue and weren't convinced by that.
Bought this issue mainly cuz newsagent ordered it for me,bless 'em :) .
Thrilled to see not one,but two trikes with gsx1100 power plant.Seems like I'm on the right track with mine then.Should sell easy peasy when done :D
Anyone know anything about the gsx 1100 G engine I need to be aware of?
Cheers

I gotta feeling the first 3 issues were only available over the net , Thats where I had to get mine , Issue 4 onwards in the shops :)
It's not quite as strong as the R 'cos o' a different 'box or clutch (can't remember which) as far as I know (although I could be completely wrong about this). Apart from that, no, they're great motors. :)

Clutch/gearbox probs----AAARGGGGHHHHHHH
Just as well it runs hard as a bike :D
Think the gsxr bits fit if the gsx600/gsxr750 are owt to go by.
Owt goes wrong I'll throw meself on floor and beg like a crack hore at the holy shrine that is OSS :)

No, I don't think they're problems as such - it just doesn't share one or the other with other R-derived motors so the parts aren't interchangeable, y'know? You only have to worry about them failing when you start putting more than 200bhp through 'em. :)

back in the day a bolt on bezel box of a honda would fit the output shaft off a chain drive gs .the not sure bit this might be pos for a gsxr lump as dont know if bezel box is built into cases or not on the g model but worth a check at a breakers  j
