SE MAG Party

Anyone anywhere near St. Leonards on Sea (a mile down the A259 from Hastings), Saturday July 3 - 7pm onwards?

South East Region is holding its first party (with me as Rep anyway) at the Marina Fountain pub - home of Hastings MAG (not the Carlisle!!).

We've got two bands, The Passion Killers and Hush (both have a fairly large following down here), plus all the usual raffle stuff - we've also got Irish Bingo courtesy of TC (deputy rep) - he'll explain about that one on the day...

We're also launching the new SE MAG t-shirts and sweatshirts (which I'm just finishing off the artwork for at the moment).

We're not charging an entrance fee, but the event is a fundraiser for the MAG Foundation - so dig deep...!

We're currently looking into camping nearby so you can stop over without having to ride home.

Bands confirmed, Late licence applied for, t-shirts still with feckin' printers quibbling over the artwork but apart from that, it will be a good night!

Thought I'd top this as it's only a couple of weeks away...

anyway, Stevie (local MAG rep) has got the late licence, the bands have confirmed their slots (Hush first, then Passion Killers), the raffle prizes are winging their way over as we speak.

Only downside is that the t-shirts won't be appearing as the we've sacked the printers. The last shirts I had made up were wrong - they had to re-do the whole lot again (it cost them over £400!) so I'm looking for a new printer (any suggestions would be welcome). We'll get them out for the Pissed Indian.

There is a campsite fairly locally that is pretty cheap.
