Trike mudguards

Hi All,
Has anyone got any idea how much of the circumference of the rear tyre has to be covered by the mudguard for the MOT and or SVA?

Not officially, but a good rule of thumb is to look down on the tyre from directly above, if you can't see the tyre, your ok.
