buy a spare cap for your master cylinder, drill and tap an 1/8 bsp hole in it, fit an air fitting and a bit of tube and use either a compressor regulated to about 25 psi (or an adapter to fit on your tyre) to pressurize the cylinder. Then just open the bleed nipples and its job done! (make sure theres plenty of fluid in it)

Get a large syringe and (carefully) force fluid in from the calliper end.

I use an ezi-bleed pressurized system.
Meant for cars, it is very handy, very effective and very quick.
I do as per GSX, tap a fitting in a spare cylinder cover and away we go, but I'd never use over 20psi.
The benefit of the ezi-bleed is that you are presurizing the cointainer of fluid which in turn is forced through the system, which makes it dead easy to completely flush and refill a braking system in one go without getting more air in or having to keep topping up the reserve.
Available in any Halfords or similar.

for front brakes I just loosen the m/c cap, pull the lever back as far as it will go, fasten it there with a cable tie and come back tomorrow. Air bubbles just slowly travel up and out overnight.
