The trike's a Susuki Intruder (1400cc). I rode bikes in my youth, when the law said you could ride anything up to 250cc on a provisional, so I didn't bother to sit my test. Then, a woman came along, followed by a house, and family, so "WE NEED A CAR" was the mantra from her, everyday 'till I bought one.
Now, house is nearly paid for, the wife is long gone, (thank Jeebus), so I fancied something different. (Male menopause, my current GF calls it). So, when the rain's hosing down, I'll be in the car. But when the sun shines....

Quick update on the trike....hardtail removed and chopped up, swingarm and shocks refitted. Rear frame completely remodeled.... Stuff still to do, new handlebars, rear mudguards to fit, electrics, road test, strip down to paint...rebuild! (pics to follow).

BTW, glad I uploaded those 3 pics here, I had a computer snafu recently and lost loads of stuff including those pics, which were the only ones I had before I started with the grinder!

It's always the way, mate - my Bandit's nearly ready to come apart for paint and powdercoat, just in time to stash it away for the rest of the Winter. :blink:
