Can't remember the name, but if you beat your local trailer centre up they should have the name of some company that does one off trailer fenders. And for kerists sake how hard is it to actually make a fender/mudguard???????? Piece of string, felt tip pen, and a pair of tin snips and off you go. Well you need a hammer and a dolly too.

Can't talk now, too busy making a wing for a P1800 Volvo.

Point being that there are certain techniques that let you achieve whatever it is you're trying to do. What lets you turn into a full on bike builder is the ability to take some basic techniques and make the mental leap between the basic methodology , and something you can point at and say "That, is different".
