does anyone know the rules an regs concernin a trike with two wheels at the front an one at the back,,wot about handbrake an so on

makes no difference - look at a morgan.

you need two independant braking systems, end of. so a front brake and a back brake is fine - but some mot bods dont like this, thats why most peeps put a handbrake in there to avoid arguments.

yes - citroens have the handbrake operating the front brakes as standard...

you only need one wheel really (if you want) with a handbrake - and anyway - you already have two independant brakign systems - front and rear...
