Great idea, how about:

THE COTSWOLD CELTIC CYCLE CLUB or CCCC (sounds spanish eh?)

Que? No seriously tho, good idea, maybe even eventually have groups in all areas. then the forum parties can visit each chapter? sounds a bit HOGish, maybe not
