Then drop into the V12 Cafe in Cross Hands just off the A48 between Carmarthen and the M4.
Run by a well respected local biker they serve up one of the largest breakfasts I have ever seen and can also sell you a few motorcycle parts and accessories if you need them.
It would apear that they only hire atractive girls to serve the food so even if you only fancy a coffee there is always a good veiw ;)
